Shipping Policy
We collaborate with third-party logistics service providers to facilitate the shipping and delivery of products to you (“Logistic Partners”). Details regarding the Logistic Partner responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any purchased product(s) on the Unilet Platform will be provided when the product is processed and successfully transferred to the Logistic Partner by us. Our standard dispatch timelines vary depending on the delivery pin code. Details about your orders will also be shared via email and/or mobile number provided by you/registered with us once they are dispatched. Please note that while we typically utilize Logistic Partners for product delivery to users, we reserve the right to ship and deliver products independently without involving any Logistic Partners or third-party service providers.
You acknowledge and understand that while we strive to deliver our products, we reserve the right to designate certain areas as unserviceable for product delivery at our sole discretion. Neither we nor our Logistic Partners offer shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas, and consequently, orders may not be processed on the Unilet Platform for these regions. Should an area be deemed unserviceable by us, users will be informed at the time of placing an order on the Unilet Platform. Additionally, you can verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by entering the relevant area pin code on the Unilet Platform. Unilet Appliances Pvt Ltd retains the right to cancel your order if the product has been shipped and the pin code subsequently becomes unserviceable.
Once you input the delivery pin code, you will deliver the product timelines within 3 -5 days. Rest assured, regardless, you will receive an estimated delivery timeline for any product purchased from Unilet Appliances Pvt Ltd.
We will make every effort to deliver the purchased product to your specified address within the estimated delivery timeline communicated to you. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, our logistics partners will make up to 2 (two) attempts to deliver the purchased product(s) to you. Should the second attempt fail and you remain unreachable, we retain the right to cancel the order of the purchased product(s) at our discretion and arrange for the return of the product(s) to us. Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping and delivery charges incurred by us while processing refunds following such cancellation.
Returns of purchased products are handled by our reverse logistics partners. Upon receiving a return request for a product on the Unilet Platform, and upon approval from us, our reverse logistics partners will contact you to arrange for the collection of the purchased products. We manage returns and exchanges of purchased products in compliance with our Cancellation and Return Policy.
